well Christmas has come and gone. As you see from the pictures, Santa was VERY generous this year. the main gift for both girls were power wheels 4x4, aka lazy kid toys. I call them that because you use absolutly no energy to play with them. I figure with how active my kids are we need them. Anyways, the girls love them. Kylie loved it so much she sat on it the entire time she opened presents, it was funny. Ella was happy to get presents, but would have been happy with just one. she opened the first one and wanted to play with it the rest of the time, I had to force her to open the rest.

It was a great day, i just can't believe it is over already.

The other fabulous news we have is that Ella is potty trained!!!!!!!! I know it is not exciting for most of you, but for Karl and I it is AWESOME. we got this one out of diapers before number 3 comes.

Hope everyone had a great holiday and we will be talking to you soon.

The second snow day of the year. We were only supposed to get an inch and a half, but when we woke up Sunday morning we saw that there was a lot more, about 6 inches total. Kylie and Karl were outside shoveling for about an hour, they had a lot of fun. Later that afternoon we took the girls sledding. It was Kylies second time and Ella's first time. The girls had a blast even though it was about 20 degrees out. It was a fun time for all.

First new thing that has happened over the past few weeks is..... we found out that we are having a baby boy. Of course neither Karl nor I will believe it until he is here, we just cant imagine having a boy, we are supposed to create only girls. Anyways, we are very excited.

Next, Kylie lost her first tooth. It has been really loose and hanging by a string until monday afternoon. I pulled it out, which I really didnt have to pull much. The tooth fairy came and left a note and a dollar, she was very excited. the only thing is that we didn't leave the tooth by her pillow, it was on the kitchen counter. Kylie was afraid the Ella might get scared if the tooth fairy came into the room. Which translates into Kylie was scared to have the tooth fairy in the room.

Oh the other thing is that Kylie sat on Santas lap. she loves santa from a distance and he was at their school bazzar and all of a sudden she was not scared anymore she sat on his lap told him what she wanted for christmas and talked to him the only thing is she didn't really look at him. that is ok, it is a start, a big step forward. Ella on the other hand had no problem talking or looking at him, she has no fear of anyone.

We did get a chance to play in the lovely snow we had and the girls had a blast. the past few days have been yucky and rainy so the snow is almost gone. The girls are hoping for more soon and I thing they may get it.

Other then that all is well here. Hope everyone is doing well. Bye for now

Karl is really busy with basketball pretty much all week and weekend, the girls, Kylie, were really excited. and you all know how karl is with christmas. Anyways, everyone here is doing great. Besides getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas, we have our ultrasound on the 5th of December and hopefully we will find out what we are going to have. Bye for now

I had to take this picture because my mom has one of my sister and I when we were little doing the same thing in the same bathroom, I just thought it was kind of neat.
Here is a cute picture of Kylie Noah and Ella in the leavescutepicture of Kylie Noah and Ella!!
This is what I call Ella the devil girl, she has this devilish look and I finally caught it on camera!!

here we are at the petting zoo and pony rides at the pumpkin farm. Kylie insisted on holding the sheep food and as you can see from the second to last picture, one of the sheep pretty much chased her. it was funny!!

Here we are at the pumpkin farm. The girls loved it as usual until the scary guys come out. Ella enjoys a scare at Halloween, but Kylie tends to be the one who has bad dreams for a week. Ella is totally like me in that aspect and Kylie like Karl, I love the scary stuff and Karl hates it. Funny how much you see yourself in your children

Sorry it has been so long, it seems that when I actually get a chance to go on the computer, I have trouble uploading the pictures. Any way here are some pics of us apple picking, the kids had a great time and so did the adults. I think Ella's favorite part was eating the apples, she was double fisting it the whole time. Wwe actually went apple and raspberry picking. We had one miss hap, Kylie tried to follow me through the rasp. bushes but didn't make it, she fell in. She is such a trouper though, she had scratches up both arms and stuck it out.

Naked baby

ok, I don't have any pictures to go along with this funny story, but it is so worth telling. Last night the girls were in bed, they share a room, and it was taking forever for both of them to fall asleep. Everynight Ella yells Kylie's name over and over and then she yells either mommy or daddy. We usually ignore it. Kylie is usually good at ignoring it as well, but occasionally she yells back or tells us, as if we can't hear her. Well anyways, after a good hour and a half of sleep fighting and doing EVERYTHING possible to stay awake, Ella did the extream!!! Kylie yells from their room....."mom ella took off her clothes" well I thought maybe she took her arms out of her sleeves, which she does every so often, but to my surprise I went into the room and there Ella was standing butt naked in her crib. She thought it was the funniest thing, and so did we, that she took off every single thing she was wearing diaper and all. Well after I called Karl up to see what she had done, we finally got Ella's clothes back on the girls went to sleep. Well I just thought I would share that fun moment with everyone, there is never a dull moment in our house!!!!

NO it is not underwear. it is however underwear covers, kylies underwear covers. They were clean and Ella wore them on her head for about an hour. Man my kids are weird!!!!!!

the kids all took a bath together a few weeks ago, and it was really cute they all loved it. Ella, however got a little curious about noah. She kept asking what his penis was so I told her, an

d that was fine, but then she kept asking..."can I touch it??" of course I said "NO!" she said "why" and I replied with "because it is not yours" after a few times back and forth with that tubby time was over. I think it went pretty well seeing that it was her real first encounter with the male anatamy, but it sure was funny!!!
I know I haven't added many new pictures in the last month or so, but I am going to more then make up for that now. This is what we have been up to since the end of August. ENJOY!!!!

spider web

Ok I thought this was the coolest thing. this is a freakishly large spider that has been making webs in our backyard for about a week. It reminds me of aracniphobia the movie(sp?) He only does it at night and I keep telling Kylie about it, but she never gets to see it so I had to take pictures and I was so impressed that I just had to post them. even if you don't like bugs, I think you may be amazed by the web. The most amazing part is that he makes them in a matter of like 10 minutes, it is crazy!!! enjoy!!
Oh i will have a bunch of picture sometime next week, the family is coming in and there are always great pictures to be taken.
